Upperarm: biceps

Place one foot about a foot length away from the other. Tighten your abdominal muscles your knees are a little flexed. Now hold the grips of the tube in your hands and place your right or left foot on the tube. Making sure that the tube is secure under your foot and keep your weight on the front leg. Elbows stay fixed on the body do not pull your shoulders up. Gently pull the tube up to your shoulders and go back to the starting position. Make sure to breath normally during the exercise. Repeat 8-10 times.

Full body stretch with the Pezzi ball

Lie with your stomach on the ball so that your hands touch the floor. Now stretch right arm and your left leg out at the same time. Hold this position 15 Seconds, and then change Repeat 8-10 times on each side. Please remember to breathe normally and make sure that the back remains stable and does not go into the hollow back position.
